About Aleksandra Cislowski

With a versatile background, I bring a unique blend of skills to my role as a Frontend Developer and Scrum Master. Currently, I’m part of the Montrima team, where I contribute to the development of the flagship product as a core team member. I oversee a team of five in the role of Scrum Master during agile sprints where I facilitate ceremonies, remove obstacles, and promote a culture of continuous improvement that drives both team success and product excellence. Moreover, I founded and still operating my own hybrid company in human services sector. This experience strengthened my expertise in client relations, leadership, and problem-solving, and allowed me to build a solid foundation in programming and web development. Key Skills- Frontend Development: Proficient in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Material-UI, with a focus on creating user-centered, interactive applications- Technical Collaboration: Skilled in using Figma, Storybook, and Azure Boards for cross-functional teamwork and design alignment- Agile Facilitation & Project Management: Skilled in agile methodologies, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and utilizing Kanban to streamline project workflows, enhance collaboration, and remove roadblocks- Backend Knowledge: Developing skills in Cypher and Neo4j to enhance backend integration and cross-functional project support- Additional Tech Stack: Familiarity with GitHub, Firebase, MongoDB, and CSS3, contributing to a well-rounded technical foundation.
