About Aleksandra Dotlic

My specialty is implementing IT solutions that are tailored to company’s context and its values. The way you pick what is best for your context and the way you implement that will define your success or your failure. Working in international environment for more than 10 years provided me with opportunity to gather real life experience in solving a complex business, project and people problems. Big part of complexity comes from the fact that some change must be implemented all the while you have current projects to run. I've worked with company’s top management to help them find and understand problems that are slowing growth and causing lost revenue. Being able to translate that vision into actionable tasks is the key element of a success and my biggest quality. Another important element is how to integrate that into the current situation without causing the disruptions. After divising a strategy that is in line with company’s vision, I work with operational departments (project and product management) to help them organize the work, stay focused and work towards set goals. Working closely with development teams, allows me to put in place adjustments if some new events impose the change, without compromising the projects. In order to move forward you must have a multi skilled team, optimal and standardized working methodologies, clear vision that is shared and accepted by everyone from top to bottom. My job is to help you assess the situation, propose and implement the solutions that are in line with company’s context and values, because one size doesn’t fit all.
