About Aleksandra Jaic

Hi! I'm Aleksandra, a fourth-year Honours Business Commerce student at McMaster University with a strong interest in finance, accounting, tax, and long-term wealth strategies. Alongside my studies, I work as a Senior Administrative Assistant at iA Private Wealth, where I’m gaining hands-on experience in the world of wealth management. Through my role, I’ve been able to dive into the day-to-day side of wealth planning, client service, and investment operations. Whether I’m prepping for client meetings, helping with compliant financial reports, or supporting the team behind the scenes, I’m constantly learning how the pieces of personal and corporate finance come together. My coursework at McMaster has helped build a strong foundation in business fundamentals, while my job continues to show me how those concepts play out in real client situations. It’s a combination that’s made me even more excited to pursue my CPA designation after graduation and continue growing in this field. I’m especially interested in the connection between tax, investments, and corporate planning — and how that all fits into helping families build and protect their wealth across generations.
