About Aleksandra Lisowska

Experienced leader responsible for operating side of fitness clubs chains in Medicover Group. Responsible for clubs Ebitda, KPI’s, managers training, standards implementation, auditing and business strategy execution. Founder of AWF (Well Fitness Academy), engaged in procedures creating and working on the processes optimization.From 2011 to 2016 was running the club with successes as Club Manager, which allowed me to know what people faced and need and how to work and grow with KPI's. After that I took part in a lot of new openings as Opening Manager. It was an amazing journey, which expand the scope of my skills. I met a lot of inspiring people and was a part of creative team building an amazing places with a great atmosphere. Then in 2018 I started to run my first fitness clubs region and learn how to share the best practice and develop potentials in leaders team. In 2021 got promoted to Operation Manager to care about 20 Well Fitness clubs and to build a strong operations team in VAS, PT & Fitness and Members Services departments. From the beginning of 2023 I try my best to build the strongest fitness club chain in Poland as a COO in Well Fitness, McFit, Holmes Place, Fitness Platinium, Smart Gym and Premium Fitness & Gym.
