As a Project Coordinator in the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), I bring over three years of experience in international development cooperation and humanitarian aid. My role involves coordinating complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. I collaborate with a diverse network of national and international experts to provide tailored solutions that support institutional learning and impact-oriented decision-making. I have contributed to independent evaluations at both programmatic and project levels for various clients such as GIZ, KfW, IRZ, DEval, the German Sparkassenstiftung (DSIK), the German Federal Foreign Office (AA), and the Council of Europe. These projects often operate in crisis-affected and fragile regions, requiring adaptability and cultural sensitivity. My responsibilities encompass managing evaluation processes, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the delivery of actionable insights to enhance effectiveness of international development projects.
