As a Production Director, I oversee the daily tasks, back-logs and sprints for the production department, ensuring adherence to our established workflows and processes. I manage master pipeline scheduling and ensure the timely delivery of game milestones. Serving as the primary contact for the production team and external partners, I provide essential support to the Game owners and team leads. My role includes assisting in the creation and maintenance of game-related documents, such as game specification documents, helpfiles. I liaise with the Game Owners, Dev, QA and Art Directors to ensure games meet agreed-upon visions and specifications. Additionally, I coordinate the translation, quality assurance, certification, and delivery processes for our games. To measure team performance and resource capacity, I utilize Jira, work logs, and KPI reports, ensuring optimal team output. I believe that having the right people in the right place is the most important thing to achieve success. My goal is to create a product or service that stands out from the competition, by empowering my team to resolve and overcome challenges and deliver the best quality possible.
