About Aleksei Sereda

Despite studying mechanical engineering with business finance, my interests are broad. As one of my University projects in second year, I led a team of five to carry out a forensic engineering investigation. Currently working on a personal project designing a device capable of harvesting energy from flow-induced oscillations – a possible alternative to wind turbines. Organised, confident, sometimes funny, on track to graduate MEng with first-class honours, and dedicated to pursuing a career in project management, captivated by the process of coordinating and leading, as well as eager to further develop my skills and contribute to successful project outcomes. My programming language of choice is MATLAB, while actively learning Python, as my interest in coding develops. I am determined to create an efficient and sustainable future for society, driven by my love for engineering and passion for learning.
