Taking care of UAE Industrial Segment. • Achieve regular sales targets and introduce innovative sales process to maximise sales. • Suggesting proper Replacement and system enhancement for existing pump sets in hotels/hospitals/residential buildings. • Visiting Potential Contracting Companies, MEP Companies, Contractors and Other targeted end users to promote products in UAE. • Good Marketing and Technical Knowledge in transfer, booster, submersible and chilled water pump sets. • Visit consultants/clients on regular basis and list products with all major consultants/clients. • Prepare quotations based on technical data and specifications. • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services. • Support marketing activities by attending/participating in trade shows, conferences and other marketing events. • Maintain sales forecasting reports. • Attend promptly to customer complaints and provide satisfactory solutions. • Ensure timely execution of orders secured by duly co-ordinating with procurement, warehousing and logistics team. • Working closely with Accounts, Production, Logistic departments to ensure smooth Deliveries, transactions & finally total customer satisfaction. • Knowledge in Proper Selection of pumps, Making Submittals, Cost Estimation, Hydraulic Calculation and Designing.
