About Alena Glover

Turning operations, sales, and production experience into business insights that drive strategy and growth. With experience in operations, sales, and production coordination, I’m transitioning into Business Analysis and Strategy to apply my strengths in problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement. In past roles, I supported production, sales, and business operations by streamlining workflows, coordinating cross-functional projects, and managing client accounts. I’ve also worked closely with leadership on process changes and content strategy, giving me a strong foundation in both execution and strategic planning. I’m now excited to leverage these transferable skills to contribute to Biz Ops, Business Analyst, and Strategy roles, where I can drive efficiency, support data-informed decision making, and help organizations scale.
