Professional IT Analyst with over 15 years of experience in the Fintech and IT Software Development. My products and tasks have been implemented in both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum, Kanban) formats as part of a complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). My main specialisation is launching new products or developing existing ones, migrating data and processes. Among the achievements, I would note: Managed as a delivery manager a team of up to 40 people (Developers, Business Analysts, UX and UI Designers, QAs, etc.) Migrated data and processes to the new core banking system in banks of various sizes - from small to the largest one (Sberbank) in Russia.
