He started his finance career in 2011 in Tesco Stores CE (FMCG), where he spent 6 years, having experience with finance business partnering in Commercial finance, then he led stock accounting team, and finally he was responsible for financial planning and reporting for Central Europe. In 2021 and 2024 he played key role in new org. design including execution. Ales graduated from University of Economics in Prague, with master degree in Business administration and management.
