Hi, I’m Alesha — An Assistant Manager with 10+ years of retail experience aka “your favorite cartoon character in the outdoors.” My beliefs are simple: the outdoors is for all and color is king. Being able to express yourself in whichever way you identify is essential to feeling empowered in the outdoors. Regardless of your ethnicity, experience, religious background, etc, you should be able to have fun and experience the outdoors in all its glory— and my goal is to get you there. I excel in navigating complexity and ambiguity and am a creative problem solver. I like finding the most direct route to solving complex problems and love collaborating throughout the process. This method is something I apply to all kinds of scenarios, specifically in people development, project management, and operations.
