I have a bachelor's degree in human resources management and services, and I have developed expertise in talent management, exit interviews, new hires, and employee engagement. I am currently a Human Resources Generalist at Jeeter - a DreamFields Brand, a leading company in the snack industry that values innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. As a Human Resources Generalist, I am responsible for generating official internal documents, planning and assisting with new employee orientation, maintaining employee records, coordinating employee satisfaction surveys, and supporting employees when human resources issues arise. I also create employee engagement plans, get necessary budget approvals, and initiate employee engagement activities. I use my skills in communication, problem-solving, and collaboration to ensure that the human resources policies and procedures are aligned with Jeeter's mission and culture, and that the employees feel valued, motivated, and empowered.
