20+ years of International experience on Business Strategy & Transformation, People Management, Operations and P&L management developed in primary multinational in Consulting, Telco and Tech. Country Manager of Amazon Web Services (AWS) Italy, I collaborate with customers, partners, institutions and associations to boost the country's digital economy. At Vodafone I drove transformative programs, for Consumer and Enterprise markets. The Customer Experience Excellence Program to drive new product and service design, customer journeys and omnichannel experience with a digital first approach. The Vodafone Business transformation from Telco to Tech Company to foster a commercial and digital strategy that aligns a new services portfolio, sales, partners, products and channels to deliver high performing sales results adhering to the 3-year financial plan. I guided the Telco & Media business unit at Capgemini achieving relevant results on the overall P&L in terms of revenues and margins with a double-digit year on year progression. I managed Capgemini Operations with full accountability on the P&L and the Delivery teams and as a Member of the Executive Committee, I participated in the first acquisition in Italy, Aive a SW company. Multiple Board positions in Industrial Associations, Member of the Assolombarda Board of Directors since 2021, no Profit organizations and a Start-up accelerator in AI.
