About Alessandra Delfini

I am enjoying a long standing career at L´OREAL for close to 24 years today, and I am amazed at the wonderful journey I am lucky enough to travel. Starting out as an intern in Spain coming from Italy in a fascinating new brand and new adventure in L´OREAL, Maybelline NY, I have travelled the world discovering new brands, challenges and cultures. From Spain to the Czech & Slovak Republics, then to Poland, Mexico, France for a European role and today Greece. Different countries and cultures, different brands, different roles. But some common things that I now understand are the reason for my long standing career here- Strong shared values: integrity, respect, courage and transparency - Business drivers I believe are the key for long term success: innovation, creativity, diversity, sustainability - Passionate people making the difference. None of the above goes anywhere without emotion, ambition, inclusion and willingness to enjoy yet another day. Today I am entrusted with leading L'OREAL Hellas. With my team and the support of the Europe Zone, I will strive to continue to transform L´OREAL in Greece, contributing to the future of a Beauty that moves the world. And helping the teams in Greece to develop and, hopefully, enjoy the same long standing success and fun that I have enjoyed to date.
