Pharma experience of 7 years (including 6 launches) at national, regional and global level; bullet-prove knowledge of Medical Affairs, with TA experience in Metabolic Diseases, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Urology, Oncology. Solid track record of building and leading high-performing teams, and towering strength in people development- 2015-17, MD researchers team, Italy: 5 FTE, including 1 seconded to EU Commission and 1 to WHO-Europe- 2018-21, country medical team, Italy: 6 FTE, including 1 moved to global and 2 developed into med affairs roles- 2022-current, survodutide medical affairs team, Global: 10+ FTEs med advisors, 10+ FTEs sc affairs.
