About Alessandra Russo

Digital Marketing and Social Media are at the heart of my professional journey. I began my career as an Account Executive with a passion for copywriting, but in 2019 I fully embraced the world of digital communication and social media strategy. Since then, I’ve been working at the intersection of creativity, community, and performance. I currently lead Communication at UNGUESS, where I manage the brand voice of TRYBER, our crowdtesting platform powered by a thriving community of thousands of users. Every day I work on: Social Media Management & Content Strategy Influencer & UGC activation Email marketing and lead generation Community engagement & acquisition funnels Campaign planning with a 4-person remote team We operate fully remotely using Scrum methodology and the OKR framework, organizing our work into focused sprints and tracking measurable goals to stay aligned and impactful. A core part of my role has been building a team of content creators from within the community itself, empowering passionate users to become the authentic voice of the brand. I’ve led this collaborative effort through brainstorming sessions, data-backed editorial planning, and internal engagement campaigns – all with no paid media budget. To support my hands-on experience, I’ve completed two post-graduate programs in Digital Marketing and Social Media Communication at Sole 24 Ore Business School, one of Italy’s most respected institutions in the field. In September 2025, I will begin a new Master in Growth Marketing, continuing to invest in my professional development and staying at the forefront of digital innovation. What drives me is a combination of curiosity, adaptability, and a strong belief in teamwork. I thrive in dynamic environments where ideas flow freely, and where strategy and creativity meet to deliver tangible results. The digital world is constantly evolving – and I evolve with it.
