Executive Head at Academy21, the UK's largest and leading online alternative provision. Currently leading the stratic direction, development and day-to-day operation of the school to sustain it's position as a market leader and positively influence our impact on young people. I am deeply interested in the role of technology within learning and how that relates to people and an organisations culture and inclusivity. I have led different online schools and was previously a Deputy Headteacher in a large maintained secondary school, a role in which I oversaw both pastoral standards and the curriculum. I am interested in innovation, inclusive practice and research informed development. Ultimately, I am driven to support students and colleagues to achieve all they can by removing barriers to success and enabling confidence.
