Target Oriented I own a diversified, extensive Project Execution experience of more than 29 years, covering Engineering (whole spectrum of design i.e. basic, front-end, detailed engineering), Procurement and Construction Projects mainly related to contaminated soil and groundwater remediation activities and Industrial Waste Water Treatment Plants (including small - medium size EPC Projects) From Sept 2015 to May 2022, I covered the position of Director of Environmental Group – Milan, having the full responsibility in term of P&L of the Group. The Environmental Group was part of the UK/Europe Region, acting as consultant, engineer and contractor in the environmental market. In October 2017 Amec Foster Wheeler has been acquired by Wood Group. My D & Rs’ within the new company Wood did not change. In May 2022 following the Wood’s decision to sell the E&I business, the E&I Business division was carved out from Wood Italiana srl and a new legal entity named Environment & Infrastructure srl was set up. Following the carve out, I was appointed Managing Director of Environment & Infrastructure srl and Member of the Board of Directors. In September 2022 the Wood E&I business was sold to WSP and the Environment & Infrastructure srl became a legal entity owned 100% to WSP. I was confirmed Managing Director of the new company named WSP E & IS Italy srl and Member of the Board of Directors (President of the Board of Director effective from Oct 13th, 2023). In October 2022 the Environment & Infrastructure srl changed its own name in WSP E & IS Italy srl. Effective from 1st November 2023 as part of an internal reorganization of our group of companies, WSP E & IS Italy srl was transferred - through the contribution of a going concern - to WSP Italia srl. In addition to the roles covered for WSP E & IS Italy srl till its liquidation, in April 2023, I was appointed Operations Director of WSP Italia srl with the responsibilities of the company’s P&L, Governance, Risk Management Compliance, Project Control, Business Support, HSEQ, Procurement and General Services.
