About Alessandro Comi

More than 20 years of experience in Technology Consulting, a deep knowledge gained on high complexity ICT programs focalized on Digital Transformation and Business Intelligence. Strong skills in terms of definition, planning and implementation of end-to-end solutions to satisfy the customer business needs, with particular focus on the management of resources, economics and technological issues in order to optimize the actions minimizing the risks. I developed a deep real experience in Full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Deep knowledge of Quantum Technologies (two second level Master's Degrees), mainly in the following areas: • Quantum Computing • Quantum Communications • Quantum Information • Quantum Networks • Quantum Criptography (QKD) Strong experience in Field Service Management, with a special focus on the way to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of all business roles from the field staff to back-office users. Certified ClickSoftware, a market leader in Field Service Management providing a complete end-to-end mobile workforce solution to schedule and dispatch field service employees. Criminal consultant, mainly to locate mobile phones or data device using Call Data Records sourced from a Mobile Network Operator (Cell Site Analysis); the analysis is aimed to determine if a mobile device having been near a specific location, for example the scene of crime, or to assist in confirming or disproving an alibi for a person to whom the mobile is being attributed. In 2015 I founded the “Crime Consulting Association” operating in the Criminology and Criminalistics areas, of which I am currently vice-President. Lecturer in Cybersecurity and Telecommunication Forensics at the Law Faculty in eCampus University of Novedrate (Como, Italy).
