With over 10 years of experience in the packaging and manufacturing industry, I’ve partnered with leading suppliers of printing technologies and tinplate cans, consistently driving improvements in quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. In my current role, I lead product qualification processes, manage phase-in/phase-out programs, and resolve complex technical challenges through root-cause analysis and corrective actions. I work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Quality, and R&D to align technical deliverables with strategic goals, while fostering long-term customer relationships. Previously, I held roles in technical sales support, customer technical service, and process optimization. I hold a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ferrara and pursued international studies at ECAM Lyon. I’m certified in English (C1) and French (B2), and bring strong capabilities in problem solving, customer relationship management, and analytical thinking.
