Prior to joining SkillGym, I honed my skills in project management and digital transformation at Vodafone Italy and Fastweb SpA. At Vodafone, I was responsible for the development of offers and products tailored for the Small Office market, encompassing wireline, mobile, and IoT solutions. My tenure at Fastweb SpA as a Digital Transformation Project Manager saw me leading a cross-functional team of over 40 professionals, redesigning the company’s offer and order taking processes enabled by a CPQ tool built on Salesforce Cloud. This pivotal role involved managing a significant project budget exceeding €20 million and delivering periodic reports to the Company’s Management Board.
