About Alessandro Maluzzi

Experienced Project Coordinator in information technology and services industry. I have managed teams and solutions in events with high levels of pressure such as World Cup and European Football Championships around the world. In this European football, my team manages various tools and oversees the central database where all the data transit and is also used for the television graphics. Several years ago the AGILE approach has been introduced in the company. I have been able to experiment it with different applications some more and some less adherent to the manifesto. It has been useful to appreciate its power when it is actually applied at all levels. Looking at my career now, I can see that I have always applied the methodology even when I did not know it yet. I started my career as an operator using the software solutions provided by the company. I distinguished myself and I’ve covered roles gradually closer to the creation and management of the same solutions. This path has allowed me to often change my point of view and increase awareness about the needs of the different teams involved in the solution. I learned to find innovative solutions that could reduce the problems related to communication between the different teams and I’ve created positive solutions that contributed to the consolidation between the teams and produced real benefits to the achievement of common goals. My passion for technology often leads me to experiment with new technologies and new solutions. I’m always the first to try the new features proposed in the office suite and then integrate and promote it for daily work needs. The last one was Power Automate. I was already using it when it was called Flow and now, as soon as the desktop version was released, I immediately started using it instead of Powershell for small automations.
