Key Innovations 1⃣ Implementation of the KCS methodology for knowledge base management: I reduced the onboarding time for new team members from 4 months to 2 weeks. 2⃣ Development of an advanced reporting system using Google BigQuery and Looker to monitor service performance. 3⃣ Introduction of the Atlassian platform in Avvale, becoming an Atlassian Solution Partner. Concrete Results In 2023, my team generated revenue of €3M, serving over 140 clients with a very low turnover rate. The real success?
