As a Technical Director at Alstom, I lead the engineering team for the Cluj Metro Line 1 project in Romania, delivering high-quality railway systems and solutions. I have more than fifteen years of experience in technical project and product management for metro, tramway, and railway systems in different markets and regions, including Egypt, USA,UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Hong Kong. My core competencies include system engineering, integration, software architecture, problem-solving, and people management. I have a strong track record of designing, building, and delivering complex systems and software for MCS, AVLS, CTC,ERTMS, CBTC, TLC, and SCADA applications, meeting the performance, budget, and timeline requirements of the project management. I also support tender activities, market research, and product innovation, leveraging my solid knowledge of the urban rail industry worldwide. I am passionate about solving challenging problems and creating a culture of learning and collaboration within my team and across the organization.
