About Alessandro Pasqua

After a graduation in Statistical and Economic Science at the University of Florence in 2002, I started to cooperate with Local Health System Authorities like the Local Health Unit 10 of Florence and Regional Health Agency of Tuscany. My background and professional experience allowed me to have high skills in the management, treatment and statistical analysis of Health Databases. Since 2009 I’m working for the Health Search Institute (SIMG, Italian College of General Practictioners) as statistical researcher and datawharehouser; where I follow several epidemiologic research as clinical, pharmacological, heath population studies, etc. I'm responsible of data mining process of Health Search Database (IMS HEALTH LPD). I follow several epidemiological research: clinical epidemiology, pharmaco-epidemiology, population health and its determinants.Since 2009 I’m working also for Genomedics srl. which is a company specialized in clinical governance, research and clinical-epidemiological analysis, development of services and software applications for healthcare.In 2017 I was covering the position of CDO (Chief Data Officier) and from the beginning of 2018 I cover the position of COO (Chief Operating Officier). I'm responsible for Genomedics wide governance and utilization of information as an asset, via data processing, analysis, data mining, information trading and other meansData mining, Clincal pharmacology, medical informatics, pharmacovigilance, Clinical epidemiology, Data analytics,@-health
