About Alessandro Picardi

I started working when I was 14 as a trainee in Italy; I've been studying and working food & beverage hospitality during my high school where I've been learning how to work in the bar, in the restaurant, in the kitchen and in the front office. I took private lessons about wine knowledge with ASPI association and I did my internship as sommelier in Vietnam in a 3 michelin star restaurant directed by Chef Michel Roux. After my high school degree I've been working for 6 months in Australia in Emirates One & Only wolgan valley resort as Food & Beverage attendant where I improved my english skills. Once I came back from australia I went to Dubai to work for Le Meridien hotel & conference centre as trainee assistant manager into the Casa Mia italian restaurant for a period of 6 months. I therefore moved to Leysin, Switzerland where I studied Hotel Management in the Swiss Hotel Management school attending classes regarding marketing, revenue management, economic management and hotel facilities. I have been joining then the Four Seasons Hotel Company in 2018 as F&B management trainee in Miami Surfside (USA) for 1 year getting the chance to work in all the F&B outlet as supervisor. I then got the opportunity to move to Four Seasons Hotel, Dubai DIFC as Assistant Outlet Manager where I have been employed for almost 3 years. Moved as Assistant F&B Manager in Four Seasons Hotel, Prague where I supported the Hotel with the re-launch after Covid 2019 for almost 2 years. I then transferred to Philadelphia where I worked as Assistant Restaurant General Manager at Jean-George’s Restaurant for 2 and half years. I currently work as Restaurant Manager in Four Seasons Hotel Milan.
