Executive Director of Life Sciences, MBA from SDA Bocconi, with a solid professional background in marketing and sales, brilliant critical and analytical skills, combined with excellent managerial skills, he has been working for almost thirty years, with a strong strategic sense, in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare markets, which are characterised by a high level of intrinsic complexity. He has worked in contexts operating in both the Rx and OTC drug sectors and in the para-pharmaceutical sector (medical devices, cosmetics, food supplements), acquiring structured experience in industrial and strategic planning and control, as well as in the management of medical information and pharmacy retail sales networks, operational marketing, new product launches, new market openings and business development. He has developed excellent people management skills in coordinating teams from all major business functions: Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Finance & control, Scientific and Regulatory. He now helps companies in the Life Science sector to build their business and achieve their growth and development objectives.
