Born as Polymer processing technologies expert, since ten years I focused on Supplier Quality and was progressively assigned coordination roles in platforms bringing more value to the company. Used to lead and coordinate the SQE team in order to guarantee quality and timing targets. Working in close contacts with all the company's department involved in new product development and commercial launch. Passionate about finding ways to use technical skills to the advantage of needy people and disadvantaged countries, this is one of the activities I carry on at Sermig. Open to new opportunities and challenges, detail oriented, capable of keeping the overall view and spotting the risks in workgroup activities. On a personal basis, capable of building good relationships with the members of the project teams I'm involved in, keeping focus on the goals without forgetting that we are a team of people.
