About Alessandro Spaur

On 20 January 2003 I started a practice at the Ge. S. I. s.c.p.a. RAS Group, have been incorporated into the Operations Manager - Outside Services and Logistics, which handles all relations with external service, or the agencies and companies responsible for printing, the transport and pulping of the material, the cutting, the putting in to envelopes and of the receipts. I have been assigned to work on the management of inventory through the use of Word, SAP, Internet and Excel, as the inclusion of data relating to the restoration, detection of movements of the storeroom, the receipteing, numbering green cards and accounts, updating the inventory of the storeroom. In September 2003 I have instead started an internship at the Vodafone Omnitel NV. I joined the Department of Logistics and After Sales Services of The Commercial Department, where I conducted analysis on the progress of post-sales service, such as monitoring of returns and assessment of the process, p. e. examination of trends and their explanations. In November, I started an internship at Albacom SpA. Here I run activities and Account Receivable Management in the Back Office of Management Billing Customer Service up to February 2004. Later I moved to the Commercial Department, where I carryed out Assistance Commercial Contracts Regulations, as the translations into English of the contracts. After I turned to a human resources management for the employment agency (Adecco), I could start an interesting experience as a call center operator with the bank ING Direct in November 2004. I was contacted by Enel Gas SpA at the end of November and 1 December I started in this company in my first job for an indefinite period in the civil administration, in the Sales and Management of credit, in which I still work. Specialties: Management of reminder letters, credits and guarantees and storage of letters of formal notice.
