In the wine business since '89, worked first for the Frescobaldi Group (Product Development Manager, Area Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, Marketing Director). Restructured the group's product range and presentation, worked closely with Ownership/CEO to establish a modern, innovative, marketing approach, and took part in the development and launch of Luce della Vite, a joint venture between Frescobaldi and Robert Mondavi. 2001 - Started own consulting business. Continued to assist Frescobaldi with special projects (development and launch of new product lines, communication and incentives). Since then, worked as Marketing Advisor for Ornellaia, Luce della Vite, Ambrogio e Giovanni Folonari, Sette Ponti, Capezzana, Principe Corsini and Caviro. Also worked on special projects with Robert Mondavi (California), Rooiberg (South Africa), Malipal (Argentina), Sakartvelos Marani (Georgia) and Fireland Vineyards (Azerbaijan). 2004 - Begun working with Allegrini, leading producer of Amarone, first as advisor on trade communication and brand identity (development of Poggio al Tesoro from Bolgheri). In January 2006 became Sales and Marketing Manager 2010 - While continuing as Marketing Advisor for Allegrini, started working as Corporate Development Manager for Marchesi Mazzei, one of the oldest families in Chianti Classico, at Castello di Fonterutoli. 2012 - Decided to focus on Market Development for the Asia/Pacific region, and relocated to Banglok to work for the Terra Moretti group (Bellavista/Contadi Castaldi/Petra). 2015 - Chose to continue developing Italian wines in Asia/Pacific through a multi-brand approch. Started managing the region's markets for selected high-end wineries (Felsina, Marchesi di Barolo, Masciarelli). Currently managing Casanova di Neri and Planeta. Working with Asia/Pacific/Middle East since '98, started managing the region’s markets in 2003. Owner of a consulting company based in Thailand since 2005, and one based in Dubai since 2016, with 25 years of in-depth knowledge of these regions' markets.
