About Alessia Cortese

Five years' experience in training and developing digital skills. Specializing in effective communication and teaching emerging technologies, I have helped and continue to help several professionals improve their computer skills and better understand the digital world. My passion for education and technology has led me to design interactive and engaging courses, using innovative methodologies to facilitate learning. At the moment, I deal with technological innovation in the Public Administration (PA) in the field of Digitalisation of Services, Data Analysis, Artificial Intelligence after specific courses on the subject, Training and Digital Culture, fundamental for improving the efficiency, transparency and quality of the services offered to citizens and to lower the digital divide often present within local authorities. Being a person used to working on projects, I am always looking for opportunities to collaborate and share knowledge in the field of technology and communication, accept new proposals and new challenges, because for me stopping within a comfort zone is equivalent to decreasing.
