Alessia Lamonaca is an accomplished professional with a versatile and diverse skill set in marketing, branding and design. She holds a Fine Arts degree in Film Studies from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University). Alessia began her career producing television commercials for major brands, before finding her way into marketing. As a former Senior Director of Growth Marketing with over a decade of experience in the B2B SaaS tech space, Alessia led multifaceted and high-performing marketing teams that drove noteworthy branding and marketing initiatives and positioned companies as leaders in their category. She has a proven track record of building strong brands that have directly contributed to M&A success and was identified by Forbes as a candidate for their 30 Under 30 list in the Marketing & Advertising category in 2021. Currently, Alessia manages two successful businesses; a marketing and creative consulting firm, and an interior decorating and staging business, New Mode Home. Alessia's passion for storytelling and design is evident in her work, whether it is helping businesses convey their brand message through marketing and creative, or assisting homeowners in telling their personal stories through their home decor.
