I am still a young professional, but I learned the value of the experience and the collateral thinking in the business environment and, in the years of my career, I tried to diversify my competence, keeping the same highest level of commitment and enthusiasm in every role I managed, as well as the higher KPI to be reached. I like to work in a multicultural environment, where I have always proved ability in getting along with all team members and external partners, to achieve the target we set. I have multitasking and problem-solving attitude in my daily tasks and the capability to work under pressure without losing focus and energy. Good communication skills, flexibility, reliability, ability in working independently as well as in a team (being a team leader or a member) are the skills I’ve been able to develop and which I’m always keen to improve, sharing what I learn with the people I work with.
