I am an internationally recognized expert in Cultural Entrepreneurship, Art Business, and the Creative Economy, holding a PhD in Philosophy (Cultural Entrepreneurship) and two Master's degrees. My professional journey uniquely combines rigorous academic depth with a proven 10-year track record in strategic management, international curatorial practice, and educational leadership. My expertise encompasses: • In-depth Art Market Analysis: Specializing in Central Asia, with extensive knowledge of European, Asian, and Indian art markets. I integrate quantitative research (SPSS) into strategic decision-making for the creative sector. • Strategic Development & Implementation: From developing national "roadmaps" for the creative economy (recommended for integration into national strategic documents) to optimizing and internationalizing art businesses. • International Curatorial & Project Management: Successfully curated 17+ international exhibitions, bringing together artists and designers from over 28 countries.
