About Alex Adam As the Senior Property Manager at Brisbane Estate Agents, I take a great deal of pride in managing what is more often than not, my client’s greatest asset – valuable real estate. With close to three decades in the real estate industry, I have well and truly navigated the challenging times that Brisbane has experienced – Brisbane Floods, Economic downturns and COVID just to name a few. One record I am particularly proud of is the confidence that my clients behold in me, with an average management period of 6-years for most of my clients. I believe what has stood me in good stead over the years is my ability to function as a professional communicator between my clients and tenants, ever mindful that this is when my clients need me most. As any Property Manager will tell you, every day is different, and it is certainly never boring. When describing my role, I often explain that it is a number of professions all rolled into one - And I love it! Nothing is ever a problem, just a puzzle that needs solving. Nothing gives me greater pleasure than when we take on a management that comes to Brisbane Estate Agents with issues still to be resolved. Be it maintenance related or arrears, the former more often the case – and I will resolve it. As far as I am concerned, every client deserves to have a Property Manager that works diligently for them on their behalf, in a timely fashion, with enthusiasm and pride in their outcomes – and really does manage the property as it if were their own.
