Ale enjoys music, friends, poetry, and the outdoors. He is an engaged citizen with experience in political mobilization and community organization. He excels in organizational management and developmental leadership through his time as a nonprofit executive, student government executive, and sustainable development intern. His future goals revolve around contributing to the prosperity of Western New York through local community and economic development initiatives. He also plans to start a business venture in consulting firm focused on increasing the capacity of non profit organizations serving WNY. He is passionate about mental health, youth development, community planning, and Human Rights. He is currently attending the University at Buffalo as a student in the Master of Urban Planning program.
