I lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for Adobe's products and services across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, overseeing sales, customer retention, and business development through partnerships. My core competencies include general management, strategic planning, sales management, sales strategy, cloud platforms, digital transformation, multi-cultural management, and cross-functional management. I am also passionate about artificial intelligence and its implications for business strategy, having completed an executive education program at MIT on this topic. I am a member of Adobe's Western Europe Board of Management, a non-executive board member and a speaker on various industry events and forums.
