Whenever I perform a technical task manually, my first thought is - can I create a script that will make this process more efficient and less prone to human error? Almost inevitably, the answer to this question is a resounding YES. I've created Powershell scripts for software/firmware/driver installations and updates, the compiling of executables for end-users, user and printer management tasks, and the generation of insightful/actionable reports based on details gathered from groups of remote computers in an Active Directory environment. I enjoy troubleshooting all kinds of hardware and software issues, on the job and at home. You could say I'm an entry-level IT professional with general knowledge of a wide variety of topics, very interested in finding a specialization! I love music. I graduated summa cum laude from Delaware Tech with an AAS in Information Technology and a concentration in Information Security and earned the DTCC Outstanding Graduate Award for my program and campus. I've earned multiple certifications since then, including CompTIA Network+, Security+, Cloud+, and AZ-900. I'm pursuing a Bachelor's Degree from WGU for Cloud Computing, and I'm set on the "Microsoft Azure" path. One exciting course coming up next semester is: Azure Developer Associate / D306. I hope to have earned my Bachelor's degree by the end of 2025. I value collaboration, commitment, feedback, and innovation in my work and learning.
