About Alex Bagabo

Alex has over 13years working experience in both profit and non-profit organizations; leading, coordinating and managing people, particularly in the Human Resources and organization development. Cumulatively, I have gained extensive knowledge and understanding of human resources functions and roles including but not limited to; strategic planning, performance management, talent management, job analysis, skills audit, reward and compensation among others. More so, I can distinguish and articulate a distinct voice in HR complex situations for the effective operations of the organization from design to delivery. As a logical extension of my career, I have knowledge of advanced systems such as Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and HR payroll soft wares like fastPAYE, Strategic, etc. As a matter of fact, I’m a master trainer of performance management cycle, and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), with an excellent command of English, good Kinyarwanda and French.
