I'm currently a Talent Acquisition coordinator at Paramount in the tech and streaming division, providing support on the back end of full-cycle recruiting for hiring managers, VPs, HRBPs and other executives. Formerly, I was a data analyst (Accounts Receivable) and Scan tool division lead in the automotive-collision industry that worked closely with the Operations Manager, CFO and other executives, providing metrics and insight on optimization for billing/ordering. I'm skilled with Microsoft Office/Google suite, CRMs (Salesforce, SuccessFactors, etc), data tools such as Excel, Quickbooks, as well as project management, analytic and leadership abilities. I have proven experience and results in effectively collaborating with a variety of multi-faceted personnel and experts in different industries, and I am eager to continue growing!
