I have the feeling that I’m the person you are looking for and I would love to support you;) I have a background in Software Engineering with more than 15 years in the tech industry. I have performed the roles of an engineer, project manager, consultant, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and CTO. These different perspectives have allowed me to discover that different roles in the tech industry speak different languages and, oftentimes, they don’t understand each other. The value I can add to your team is that I understand the different languages and needs of different people in your teams. My experience working with small startups and large organizations enables me to help you navigate the challenges of different teams. I have experience working with teams across different countries, both face to face and remotely. I coach teams and individuals in the use of Scrum and Kanban, Dual-track development, and I’m a Design Sprint facilitator. My expertise as a Certified Leadership and Executive Coach allows me to coach teams and individuals in leadership and behavioral skills to foster collaboration, communication, conflict navigation, and well-being in the organization.
