Significant experience in large national industries in the pharmaceutical, dermocosmetics and consumer goods packaging sectors, working in the area of ​Project Engineering (PMO) and Quality, supporting areas of Machinery and Equipment Maintenance, Utilities and Production Management. Constant strategic action with international suppliers, carrying out technical visits in countries such as Germany and India, negotiating technical requirements with suppliers in countries such as Sweden, Italy and the United States to ensure excellence in the execution of production processes. Management of Capex projects, developing new production lines with technical discussions, national and international acquisitions, execution of civil works, control and management of engineering projects in the industrial park, installations of process and utility equipment (compressed air, HVAC, PW water, electrical, boiler), preparation and review of documentation for projects and related areas. Use of PMBoK and agile methodology, supporting interested parties in the demands of adjustments and expansions of the factory to meet the organization's strategic planning. Planning and installation of pharmaceutical equipment such as: granulation suite, V-shaped and bin mixers, coating machines, compressors, encapsulators, primary and secondary packaging lines, batch control equipment, mapping mechanical and electrical items for the installation of machines and their layouts, architectural layout review, review of people/process flows in layout using tools and software for project management. Preparation of technical equalizations for the acquisition of equipment, execution of national and international FAT to verify equipment delivery, management of technical equipment reports, technical support for the transfer of equipment between manufacturing units covering all electromechanical installations. I carry out management in practice with interested areas and by indicators, presenting management meetings aligned with the organizational culture.
