About Alex Bierlein

With a foundation as a curious participant of the world, I have worked in the field of learning and development for 12+ years. While I have performed a variety of roles during that time, a constant of my working life has been a tenacity to help people perform at the highest levels of their job. My work has allowed me to work with people across all walks of life and solve problems for organizations large and small. I have also had the pleasure of leading teams, and for me there is no better feeling than collaborating with people on the right solution. As we move into a new era of being learning professionals, I embrace the new tools at our disposal to create efficiencies, fail faster, and maximize value. I want to do this in a leadership capacity where I can help learning professionals grow, and lead by example through hard work and diligent organization. I love to learn, but even more, I live to solve problems, share ideas, and build up those around me. If there is anything I have to offer an organization, it is my willingness to challenge myself and those around me towards constant improvement, both personally and professionally.
