About Alex Bilea

My work boils down to two things I love: people and puzzles. In my management roles, I get to combine both every day. I lead a team of sharp, curious people who are experts at digging into market research. Together, we help business leaders and investment firms make sense of high-stakes, billion-dollar opportunities. It's my job to guide our strategy and make sure my team has the support they need to do their best work. My background is in accounting and finance, which gives me a solid footing for breaking down complex data into advice that's actually useful. I believe in staying curious and continuously learning, which is why I'm currently complementing my professional experience with an MBA. My real passion, however, is developing talent. I believe real success isn't just delivering a great project, but creating an environment where team members can master new skills, take on greater responsibilities, and grow into future leaders themselves.
