Background
About Alex Brackfield
I am a passionate Human Resources professional who has worked in both generalist and specialist HR areas. I am particularly interested in People Development, Learning and Talent Management. People are the greatest resource an organisation can have and are an integral part of any organisation that is looking to create a high-performance culture, with strong performance. I am also an avid diversity champion- I truly believe that organisations with a diverse and talented workforce will outperform competitors and will lead to a better organisational culture. I have partnered with, helped set up and championed diversity networks within every organisation I have worked for.
