Throughout the past 25 years I have gained knowledge and experience with several different occupations. I believe my professional demeanor, conflict management skills, sales/management training and experience are contributory factors to Increase Revenue and Improve Business Dynamics. The past 14 years I have worked in a variety of areas with customer service. I have experience in Retail, Hospitality Management, Manufacturing as well as Market Research. I am Objective and pragmatic when it comes to resolving issues. I have taken several classes in conflict management that have enabled me to understand the differences of each personality type and approaches to motivate, facilitate and develop teams while focusing on expanding Business growth and Improved performance. I am conscientious and always seek ways to improve the business model. I understand micro/macro business management concepts and am aware of the importance in monitoring inventory, Implementing QI’s, using systematic training methods, tracking labor and reducing both turnover and/or waste. I am organized and believe both standardization and quality training are key assets for business Improvement.
