Hey! I'm Alex, 22 year old, constantly learning and growing. As a Scrum Master & PM at Combined Ratio Solutions, I facilitate meetings, metrics reports, create new Sprints and ensure that teams have time to focus on their job, and not on bureaucratic processes or time-consuming meetings. I ensure the team delivers quality work and that if there are blockers, we work towards resolving them quickly. I'm a part of the team, and so I am aware of all processes and assist with QA practices, as well as Development practices, and I am constantly involved on preparing demos, sprints, answering any questions either to team resources or other teams such as Product, Business, Architects, Management, etc. I create educational materials, and work closely with my team to help them achieve their goals and overcome limitations, not limited to a client but within their roles as well. I also deliver comprehensive documentation for our customers, ensuring they understand how to use a product to its fullest potential. I am passionate about technology and enjoy making people connect with it and use it to solve any challenge that might come across. I excel in empathizing with others, effectively communicating ideas and feedback, and guiding teams towards success. I leverage my problem-solving abilities and management skills to create a supportive and innovative work environment.
