I have a well rounded background for all sides of meeting planning. I have worked successfully in the meeting & hospitality industry for over 29 years as a guest service agent, Front Desk Supervisor & Manager, 3+ years as a hotel Conventions Manager; 4+ years as a Director of Development and Meetings for a non-profit association on Capital Hill; and 15+ years at the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) as an Operations Specialist and Housing Manager. Due to my position now being removed at NAHB at the end of August, I am currently seeking a new position with in the meetings industry. With this opportunity, I am seeking to return to my true passion of customer service, with a position as a Meeting Planner in the DMV for either an Association, Corporation or with a thriving meeting and conventions hotel.
