About Alex Bulgin

I am a recent Mechanical Engineering student graduate seeking an opportunity to apply the specialized skills and knowledge I have gained thus far, in a safe and professional work setting. My field of study at the University of Guelph has focused on sustainable energy design, energy management and utilization, energy conservation, and energy resources in order to step into the sustainable energy sector. This focus is reinforced by my desire to work within the energy sector surrounding the bruce peninsula. Additionally my past coursework in fluid mechanics, heat and mass transfer, and energy conservation have laid the fundamentals of my growth within the sector. My studies have helped me learn what it means to be an engineer with a strong ethical compass and what it means to follow the lifelong learning goals that a engineering student must have in order to become a professional engineer. I follow directions accurately while getting assigned tasks done in a timely manner, and I take pride in my integrity and honesty at both work and play. In addition to this I wish to develop my current engineering skills such that they will continue to be current with the demands of the position as well as apply myself into becoming a professional engineer.
